No meetings needed.
Everything happens in writing, on your schedule. You start with a short questionnaire. I send back a plan you approve one item at a time, and you sign it with an e-signature from your phone or desk.
If something needs talking through, you say so in a line and I answer it. A call is there if you want one, and never required.
Questions people ask first.
What does "from $3,000" cover?
A focused business site: the pages a local business needs, built to the list on this page. Larger sites, online booking, payments or a customer portal are priced in the written scope before I start, so you see the full price first.
Who owns the site?
You do. The domain, the hosting account and the content are in your name. If you ever move on, you take everything with you.
Do I need a care plan?
No. Web care ($149 – $499 a month) covers hosting, updates, backups, uptime checks and small edits, if you would rather not look after it yourself.
What if the website is not really the problem?
Then I will say so. If the real cost is the work behind the site, the Audit Sprint ($995, credited toward a build) is the better first step.
Tell me about the site. Get a fixed price.
