Fixed prices. Written scope. No hourly meter.
You always know what the next step costs before you take it. Start with the audit, build what it recommends, and keep it working for a flat monthly fee.
- Audit Sprint$995one time
I map how the work actually moves today and hand you a written plan with fixed-price options.
Credited in full toward a Build Sprint.
- Build Sprint$3,500 – $7,500fixed price
I build the highest-value fix from the audit, to a written scope, in two to four weeks.
Price agreed before work starts. No hourly meter.
- Care Planfrom $450per month
I keep it running: monitoring, fixes when a vendor changes something, and steady improvements.
Month to month. You own everything either way.
Build Sprints.
One clear piece of work, scoped from the audit and priced before it starts.
| What | Covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Back-office systems | The work your team does by copy-paste, memory and reminder. | $3,500 – $7,500fixed price |
| The website or app your customers see first | A front door that is fast, clear, and wired into the systems behind it. | from $3,000fixed price |
| App rescue and store compliance | An app that was working until a store deadline or a stalled developer said otherwise. | $495 – $3,000per fix, scoped from a short call |
Every sprint includes
- A written scope and a fixed price, agreed before anything starts
- Two to four weeks, with a short demo each week
- Every account, repository and subscription set up in your name
- Plain-English handover notes your team can actually use
- Thirty days of fixes after launch, included
Care Plans.
Systems break when the tools around them change. A Care Plan means I notice first, fix it, and keep making it better. Month to month, cancel with 30 days notice.

One system that has to keep working.
- Monitoring of your automations and integrations
- Fixes when something breaks or a vendor changes their API
- Small changes as your process shifts
- A short monthly note on what ran, what broke, and what I fixed

Website only? Web care runs $149 – $499 a month. For a website on its own: hosting, updates, backups, uptime checks, small content edits, and a quarterly search hygiene check. Priced by the size of the site.
Add-ons.
Useful alongside a build. None of these are the main event.
| What | Covers | Price |
|---|---|---|
| CRM wiring and cleanup | Connect the CRM you already pay for to the rest of the business, clean the data, and make it the place work actually happens. I do not build CRMs from scratch. | $1,500 – $4,000then $500 – $1,500 / month care |
| Automation takeover | Someone built your Zapier, Make or n8n flows and moved on. I document what is there, fix what is fragile, and look after it. | Audit firstthen a Care Plan |
| Launch video and landing page | Motion graphics and a focused landing page for something you are launching, paired with the build behind it. | Quoted with a buildnot sold on its own |
| Domains, email and hosting setup | Registering a domain, business email, SSL and hosting, set up the simplest supported way and left in your name. | Quoted per setupsee Web Essentials |
The fine print, in plain English.
Why fixed prices instead of hourly?
Because you should know what something costs before you agree to it, and because hourly billing rewards slow work. The audit is what lets me quote a fixed price I can stand behind.
What is not included?
Third-party subscriptions such as Zapier, Make, hosting or your CRM. Those are billed to you directly, in your name, so nothing is hostage to me.
Do I have to take a Care Plan?
No. Everything I build is documented and yours. A Care Plan is for when you would rather not be the one who notices that an integration broke.
How do payments work?
The Audit Sprint is paid when you book. Build Sprints are split in two: half to start, half at handover. Care Plans are billed monthly, in advance.
Can I cancel a Care Plan?
Yes, with 30 days notice. There are no long contracts and no exit fees, and I hand over everything you need to run it yourself or with someone else.
Do you offer marketing, SEO or outreach?
Not as separate services. Every website build includes search foundations (structure, metadata, speed and analytics) and care plans include a quarterly hygiene check. I do not do cold outreach of any kind.
The first step is $995.
And it comes back to you in full when you build. If we don't, you keep the plan.
