The Audit Sprint.
One week, a fixed price, and a written plan for the work your team does by hand. Act on it with me, or without me.
How the week goes.
- Day 1
Walk me through a normal week
A 60 to 90 minute call with you and whoever does the work. Where requests come in, who touches them, which tools hold what, and the parts everyone quietly dreads.
- Days 2 – 4
I trace the work end to end
With read-only access you choose, I follow two or three real workflows from start to finish, note every hand-off and copy-paste, and check what your current tools can already do that nobody has switched on.
- Day 5
You get the plan, and we walk through it
A written report and a 45-minute call to go through it. You leave knowing what to fix first, what it costs, and what you can do yourself this week without me.
What's in the report.
Every report follows the same outline, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you book.
Report outline
- 01How the work moves today
A plain map of each workflow I traced: who does what, in which tool, and where it waits.
- 02Where time and errors leak
Each problem ranked by how often it happens and what it costs you, in hours or in mistakes.
- 03Fixes you can make this week
Settings, templates and small changes inside tools you already pay for. No build required.
- 04Two or three fixed-price build options
Written scope, timeline and price for each, so you can compare them side by side.
- 05What looking after it would take
Which care level fits, or whether you need one at all.
Questions people ask first.
Do I need to be technical?
No. You need to know how the work gets done, or bring the person who does. I handle the technical side and write the report for the person signing off on it, not for a developer.
What access do you need?
Read-only access to the tools involved in the workflows we pick, or a screen-share if you would rather not grant access. You choose what I see, and I ask you to revoke it when the audit ends.
Is the $995 really credited?
Yes, in full, against a Build Sprint you start within 60 days of the report. If you build with me, the audit effectively costs nothing.
What if the answer is "don't build anything"?
Then the report says so. Sometimes the fix is a setting, a template, or dropping a tool you pay for. That is a good outcome, and the report is yours either way.
Can I skip the audit?
For app rescue and store-compliance fixes, usually yes: those are scoped from a short call and quoted at a fixed price. For back-office systems, the audit is how I make sure we build the right thing at a price I can stand behind.
Is this remote?
Yes. I am based in Louisville, Kentucky and work with teams anywhere in the US over video calls.
Tell me what eats your week.
A few questions in your own words, about five minutes. I'll reply within one business day to set up the kickoff call.
