CronSlot
Online booking built into a business's own website, in its own colors and fonts, with deposits and no-show fees.
Overview
CronSlot is the booking calendar I put into client websites. It carries the client’s logo, colors, fonts and corner style, so customers book on the business’s own site and never see another company’s name.
Challenge
Small businesses that take appointments usually choose between a booking widget that looks bolted on and a booking page on someone else’s domain. Both send customers through a stranger’s brand at the moment they commit, and most don’t handle deposits or late cancellations well.
Solution
A booking system I set up per business: an embed for any page on the client’s site, or a hosted page on their own address like book.yoursite.com. It syncs both ways with Google Calendar and Outlook, handles buffers, minimum notice and time zones, and takes deposits or holds a card through Stripe so a no-show or late cancel can be charged.
Current status
Live at cronslot.com and sold as part of a GVX Digital build. Email reminders with one-tap confirm, reschedule and cancel are in progress. Text reminders, waitlist autofill and intake forms are on the roadmap.
Vision
Booking that belongs to the business that takes it: their brand, their address, their rules for deposits and cancellations.
